We require a one-night deposit at the time of the booking.  Upon check in the one-night deposit will be applied to the balance due on the booking.  A 14-day notice will be required for all cancellations.  If a 14-day notice is given, there will be a $15.00 administrative fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the funding source that was used at the time of booking.  A credit that may be applied towards a future stay will be offered when giving notice inside of the required 14 days’ notice.  There will be NO COMPENSATIONS for no shows.
